It’s not a ‘white Christmas’ here in Australia, it’s actually finally warming up down here in Melbourne (I talk about the weather a lot, don’t I! What’s the weather like where you are? Comment below!)
You should use the hashtag #dPSWeeklyChallenge and #dPSWhite in this week’s posts wherever you choose to post them.
This week your theme is white, and it’s not because it’s ‘Christmas’ and in some parts of the world there are magically snowy scenes with Christmas lights and elves and stuff… It’s because for the last three days I’ve been cooped up in the spare bedroom with THREE different tins of white paint, preparing it for guests – who knew there were so many white paints! Anyway, YOUR #dPSWhite certainly can be about Christmas, it can be about nothing at all – it’s up to you.
Here’s a photograph (From Unsplash) of what you could achieve, maybe it’ll spur on your creativity?
And because I was stuck in that room with paintbrush in hand, I had no time to make a ‘white’ photograph, so I’m going to share an iPhone shot of a creative moment I had while painting (and now need to scrape off the glass!) and a screen shot of my friends Adam & Kate and their kids who are travelling and messaged me to say “Check out Santa’s live stream quick!” – They were in Santa’s village in (I think) Lapland… if you can spot my friend Kate, you get bonus points (pro tip, she’s totally not out going and dancing in front of a load of people – Kate!)
Well, enough of my rambling! It’s kinda the night before Christmas, almost, when all through the house the kids were running rampage, it’s really really grouse (that’s an Aussie slang for those shaking their heads)
Happy CHristmas to those of you that do celebrate, Happy Holidays to those of you that don’t, Happy Saturday to everyone else.
Be Kind to Each Other.
